S-W Spot clean this fabric with the foam only of a water- based cleaning agent or with a pure solvent in a well- ventilated room. D Cleaning should be performed by a professional furniture cleaning service, using a solvent-based cleaning agent. Do not use any tumble method cleaning service as this may damage the fabric. Never remove cushion covers for dry cleaning, even though they have zippers. W-S Clean water type stains with water-based cleaning agents and for oil type stains, use solvent-based cleaning agents, both designed for upholstery. Do not saturate. X Clean only by vacuuming or light brushing with a non- metalic, stiff bristle brush. DO NOT USE ANY WATER OR SOLVENT BASED CLEANER. To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming or light brushing with a non-metallic, soft bristle brush to remove dust and grime is recommended. Do not use a rotary motion attachment when vacuuming. In all cases, cleaning by a professional upholstery cleaning service is recommended. UFAC Definitions Most fires in connection with upholstered furniture are caused by smoldering cigarettes. The Upholstered Furniture Action Council (UFAC) works with participating manufacturers to make consumers aware of the relative flammability of upholstered fabrics. Class 1 - under UFAC-controlled test conditions, these fabrics were not ignited by smoldering cigarettes. Class 2 - under UFAC-controlled test conditions, it was possible for smoldering cigarettes to ignite these fabrics. Flame Retardant Free We will only carry fabrics that are Flame Retardant Free (FR Free) and this is indicated on our upholstery label, which states “The upholstery materials in this product contain NO added flame retardant chemicals” which adheres to TB 117-2013 California law. Fabric Repeats Fabric repeats are listed vertically (v) with the roll, and horizontally (h) across the roll Fabric Treatment Cleaning instructions provided here are not valid if a retailer-applied fabric treatment has been used.
