At seven months, this sprightly “mostly pit bull” pup is making herself useful around Advertising Salesperson Vicki McMillan’s home office. “She’s good at shredding documents and emptying the trash by dragging it around the house,” McMillan laughs. She says Georgie is a “Velcro dog” because “she constantly wants to be next to me.” Max A ll the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” One might add Max to that cast. This two-year-old border collie/ Australian shepherd mix calls Pacific Repertory Theatre home. His human is Executive Director Stephen Moorer. “We take him to meetings and the Outdoor Forest Theater,” he says. When not attending to stage matters, Max stays true to his shepherd instincts, rounding up groups of people around him. “He’s a wonderful animal, but he’s definitely a work in progress.” “Once you have had a wonderful dog, a life without one is a life diminished.” ~ Dean Koontz “
