Held at the Portola Hotel & Spa and Monterey Conference Center (newly expanded thanks to the City of Monterey), the night was a feast to remember. Drummond Culinary Academy students worked side by side with Monterey County’s finest chefs to serve 900 guests, making it the most successful Round Up yet with nearly $640,000 raised.
