The Porsche Club of America (PCA), fresh off its 70th anniversary in 2025, will host the event’s 12th presentation on Friday, August 14. That day, junior judges between the ages of 6 and 14 will chat with owners, complete score sheets, discuss vehicle attributes and ultimately present a trophy. “We’re so proud of the Juniors Award,” says PCA Executive Director Vu Nguyen, who trac- es his own love of cars back to the toy ones of his childhood. “It feels good to plant the seed and grow the younger generation’s passion for the brand.” About 180 vehicles typically compete across 20 Werks Reunion judging categories, and orga- nizers expect another 500 to 600 cars displayed in the Porsche-only parking corral. The 2026 gathering will also celebrate Porsche’s front- engine transaxle releases, including 50 years of the Porsche 924 plus the 928, 944 and 968 models. Event attendees often become friends while swapping stories about their first car, favorite design details and other Porsche-related passions. “It’s a great place for enthusiasts from all dif- ferent backgrounds to have fun, disconnect from daily stress, and just talk Porsche,” Nguyen says. Werks Reunion Monterey, held at Monterey Pines Golf Course, is free for spectators. Learn more at www.werksreunion.com.
