We also get into the basics of organic farming, explaining how we don’t use synthetic fertilizer, pesti- cides or herbicides, and we talk about what those big words mean.” The bounty of organic fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs grown, nurtured and harvested in the Hacienda Garden provide inspiration and ingredients for event menus as well as for meals in members' home kitchens.
