As Team Steiny’s marketing manager, she oversees the team’s social media, newsletters, e-blasts, and property mailers, helping the brand connect authentically with clients and the community. For Josie, joining Team Steiny has been especially meaningful. Having grown up surrounded by real estate and watching her parents build the team’s legacy, she finds it deeply rewarding to now work alongside them and contribute her own creative touch. Beyond her professional role, Josie is active in her church and feels called to missions. She has traveled around the world sharing her faith, most recently serving in Cuba. Josie combines her creativity, faith, and education to bring both purpose and passion to everything she does.
