A: We have a lot of repeat customers that come to us year after year because they know they have a perceived value on the dinner that fits the occasion, and I am immensely proud of that fact, as we put a lot of time and effort in making these times special with the menu. Few restaurants can do things like serve an inter- mezzo of sorbet on an ice swan.We also do a bonbon item which is ice cream coated in chocolate with caramel and peanuts to dip them in; we serve it dramatically with dry ice and it creates a lot of “smoke” at the table. … We say that if we made you feel at home, we have made a million-dollar mistake, as we should make your experience with us elevated and memorable.The individualized touch to the customer is of the highest importance.
