A: I want them to come in here and feel like they are in Europe, because this is a European restaurant. I want them to enjoy their com- pany and relax as it’s not a fine dining establishment, it’s a bistro, a more casual place to enjoy…I’ve enjoyed cooking my whole life, and when I see the smiles on people’s faces here, I win. I also want to say that the City of Salinas has helped me a lot and I’m very happy with the support from the local people. We are in the stage after the pandemic where things are going to get better and better. Patria is located at 228 Main Street in Salinas.
