Food Hub, a nonprofit that connects farmers to markets. On-site hydroponic gardens provide seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs. The Six Peaks Grille is the property’s signa- ture restaurant and focuses on sustainable seafood, meats and herbs from the region. Sandy’s Pub provides more casual pub fare, Asian-inspired entrees, salads, burgers and bar- becue selections. For breakfast, Cascades pro- vides a daily omelet and breakfast buffet. The Oasis Grille serves poolside meals and cock- tails, while Sweet Potatoes Deli offers coffee, pastries and grab-and-go items like breakfast sandwiches, soups and salads. The hotel pool is a popular destination as well.
