We are seeking funds to continue our efforts to get every citizen in South County access to low cost spay and neuter surgeries for their pets. We also need funds to support surgeries for our TNR cats. ADOPT IF YOU CAN’T FOSTER IF YOU CAN’T DONATE SCAR is an all-volunteer organization of animal lovers, operating off of a foster-based system, established to provide rescue and assistance for domestic animals. Our goal is to significantly reduce the homeless population of do- mestic animals in South County through safe rescue and adoption services, awareness and education.
